I think we shall keep the graphite options as they are, and people can  
use them as they desire. Using graphite and the compiler options for  
it are extensive and each package being built may require different  
options rather than dumping all the options into CFLAGS or CXXFLAGS  
and hoping all works. Especially since ISL floop-nest-optimize has  
been recently included with gcc 4.8. That will cause some havoc.
