Yes

It depends, whether you want to use extensive floating point in an
efficient manner (hard) or you want to be able to run soft/softfp
binaries in your rootfs.

Depends on your hardware, your platform seems to have neon, that's the
one. Building vfpv3 would make your rootfs more compatible, i.e. able
to run on tegra devices which does not have neon FPU.

It should be Cortex A8, I have not checked uClibc, but that is likely
something uClibc guys will add soon.
