Hello Leon,

We are in the process of including Ncurses 6.0. That error occurs when
installing Ncurses 5.9 with newer GCC 5.2, if I recall.

Use Ncurses 6.0 or patch Ncurses 5.9 with the debian patch you can find
somewhere.

At this point, the development book is what you need to be using.
