Okay,

Upload your glibc-build/config.log and the output of the following commands:

echo "main(){}" | $CLFS_TARGET-gcc -x c -v -        <--- don't forget the
last '-'

And verify your /tools and /cross-tools links to $CLFS/cross-tools
$CLFS/tools

Multilib with version 3.0.0 works fine, that's why it is realeased.
Something is going strange with your build. You can verify with the
multilib build logs.
