 That is perfectly correct, but it isn't a problem.  From my own
logs:

checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes
configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating Makefile
config.status: creating xorg-macros.m4
make: Nothing to be done for `all'.
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/util-macros-1.1.6'
make[1]: Nothing to be done for `install-exec-am'.

 /bin/install -c -m 644 'xorgversion.m4'

 /bin/install -c -m 644 'xorg-macros.m4'

 So, you can go ahead and run 'make install'.
