[Clfs-support] x86_64/cross-tools/gcc-static.html + i686-cross-linux-gnu-ar not found

After following the instructions in
http://cross-lfs.org/view/svn/x86_64/cross-tools/gcc-static.html .
It found not the command i686-cross-linux-gnu-ar when in build directory
gcc/libiberty. Could someone explain why?

rm -f ./libiberty.a pic/./libiberty.a \

make[1]: i686-cross-linux-gnu-ar: Command not found.


There is only x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-* file's in /cross-tools/bin
