[Clfs-support] Pam support in ConsoleKit and the initscript.

Hi,

I see that the version of ConsoleKit is 0.2.10. There is a init script to 
start the daemon.

But with this version of CK that's not needed anymore. If the pammodule is 
used, the daemon will autmatically start when somebody logs in.
(via pam->dbus->start CK).

So there should be a note about it in the book.
