[Clfs-support] glibc tests fail on missing echo

Hi,

As I'm working through the CLFS development book, it's all going well, 
but it failed on the glibc tests within the posix section, in a manner 
not described within the 'ways it may fail' section.

After a quick google, I found the answer after somebody else encountered 
the same problem:

This let me move on, after symlinking echo.

I'm hoping this won't cause any further problems down the line. Would it 
therefore make sense to add echo to the first line found in Chapter 7.3, 
to prevent this test failure ?
