Looks like that's currently not working (perhaps re server changes).

For now, in practice, looks like can use instead - unless Andrew says
otherwise:

  https://gitlab.com/bradfa/clfs-embedded-bootscripts/-/archive/master/clfs-embedded-bootscripts-master.tar.gz
