[Clfs-dev] CLFS 3.0, gcc 4.8.3 configure/build targeting alpha dec does not fully respect --prefix - or is it something else?

i will try to get that running first and see if i can
change parts of the patches to work with CLFS 3.0

my qemu alpha-softmmu is brand new, "manufactured" minutes ago
the running linux distro is a dinosaur :)
