[Clfs-dev] CLFS 1.2 is Ready

I've been working through the PPC builds and trying to fix issues that
I've found.   PPC32 is pretty clean but there are a few build issues
in PPC multilib.

If you are ready for release, I'd say go for it.    I'll submit a PPC
patch for 1.2 soon to the mailing list and whoever wants to build PPC
can just use 1.2 + the patch for PPC.
