I liked it, even if a user can opt-in to it. That would be helpful.

Sorry for any of the confusion. AFAIK it hasn't been emailing out for a
long time. Since the whole Quandary / Meander switchover anyway.

Spam seems to have stopped in cblfs, at least for now. Will see what
happens in the future.
