Check out pilfs at intestinate.com CLFS is dormant. LFS would need some a few tweaks but I have it on my Odroid N2+. see #lfs-support for that on irc Archetech

Subject: [Clfs-support] Any update on Aarch64 CLFS?
Dear CLFS support team,
I followed the latest LFS and successfully built LFS for amd64. My goal is to build CLFS for Raspberry Pi 4 Model B. I tried Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04, Gentoo Linux, Raspberry OS. I can clearly see that building a dedicated compact linux for Raspberry Pi would be beneficial for the Linux community. I would be very grateful to get any guidance on how to modify the latest LFS for Aarch64 compilation.
Regards,
Suiunbek
