[Clfs-support] PPL and GMP - config error

Cross-Compiled Linux From Scratch - Version 2.0.0-x86 uses PPL-0.12.1.

Cross-Compiled Linux From Scratch - Version GIT-20130401-x86 uses
PPL-0.12.1 too...

Both are quite same, both provides errors.
