[Clfs-support] (GIT-20130919-x86_64-Multilib) cross tools eglibc build flag

I remember that in older version, when we build eglibc, we build a
32bit version, and a 64bit version. But now on the latest git source,
we have CC="${CLFS_TARGET}-gcc ${BUILD64}" in both steps.
Is it a typo? Or am I getting it wrong?
