[Clfs-support] Keyboard If You Are Going to Boot

I have to say I concur with John on this. I found it almost impossible
to preform Chapters 9 and 10 in the CLFS book without compiling a
keymap into the kernel during §7.10.1 (I use a UK layout, and symbols
such as slash (/), at (@), speech-marks ("), hash/sharp (#) and bar
(|) are in different places to the default US map). I had to do some
digging to figure out how to do this.
