[Clfs-support] [Clfs-dev] clfs-embedded toolchain: uClibc build against with libgcc.a when the gcc-pass2 haven't been installed yet!

Before we can build the whole toolchain correct , I believed that maybe 
there'e something wrong with libc-headers, you see,
GCC is so complex as it for me, maybe GCC is ez to use, but the building 
is so hard.maybe I need more reading about the latest GCC handbook to 
find out what is what.
