[Clfs-support] crossGCC build in cross-tools- current clfs-dev

The current develpment clfs build for x86_64  has gcc-4.3.2 

http://cross-lfs.org/view/svn/x86_64-64/cross-tools/gcc-static.html

 without  the    needed gmp and  mpfr.  The procedure fails.  It appears to 
work if the latter are built  in  cross-tools before  the  
5.8.CrossGCC-4.3.2-Static  build is attempted.  

Also  for  6.8-Bash-3.2 (temporary system) the build of bison is  needed 
beforehand.
