1) wsfb is for NetBSD (primarily, possibly used elsewhere, but not
Linux afaik) --- not important for CLFS, in my opinion.

2) glide.h is typically acquired through mesa if I'm not mistaken,
whether or not this is important for CLFS is really a toss-up, glide
based cards are a bit old anymore, but still have a somewhat present
following.

3) From the little Google tells me at a glance (and what I'm inclined
to assume from the cachectl.h pair being located in asm/ and sys/
anyways) the missing headers are from the kernel. What kernel are you
building on? As for importance, I have no idea how common the "Sgi
Indigo2 and Octane" are.
