Guys, following patch taken from Debian, fixes the above issue when
using sysctl, which puts an ugly black line error in my otherwise
pretty boot screen currently. I had meant to send in last time I did
CLFS and I forgot. If you set <span style="visibility: visible;"
id="search">dev.rtc.max-user-freq= in /etc/sysctl.conf or via
sysctl -w, you'll get the error. </span><br>
