I saw that also tonight, hrm.  There was a short hiccup on the new 
infrastructures networking.  I gave things that final reboot after 
copying all the data over.  Then postgresql was being a pain with its 
pid file, but hopefully now all is good.  Any more problems and I really 
will have to work more on upgrades!
