[Clfs-dev] Current CLFS 3.0.0 State

Hello William,

It took a while for me to find time, so I tried to reproduce using 
Version 3.0.0-SYSVINIT-x86 of the book.

I was not able to reproduce this problem while doing careful logging.

I am unclear what I did wrong the previous time, but I must conclude it 
was a subtle deviation on my part.

Sorry for the distraction, I think we can forget about this one.
