For a multilib build add a BUILDX32 target and triple the build of  
some packages.

Make sure your kernel has CONFIG_X86_X32 enabled for any build.

For kernel headers, install the x86_64 target per the x86_64 or  
x86_64-64 books.

As for CBLFS, update that sucker as it is old as hell.
