As it is dual-licensed, one of which is MIT which permits sublicensing
w/o restriction, your argument is invalid.

This is why non-copyleft licenses are horrible and stupid for software.
Using them dramatically increases the chance of forking. Although such
licenses guarantee that your contribution to the covered work can be
shared and modified by others, it says nothing about others sharing
their work back with you. Don't use them.
