[Clfs-dev] procps final system

Greetings,

Since the move to Make 4.0, we have procps and a sed which has a  
description for Make 3.82.

 From my tests this isn't needed anymore.

Can anyone confirm?

I'd like to remove the description and sed from procps.

I'm testing this with an armv6l Raspberry Pi Model B build for main  
CLFS book and there were no issues.

Other hosts need to be tested.
