I'm thinking we need to have the pkg-config files installed in /usr/ 
lib/pkgconfig and /usr/lib64/pkgconfig and not /usr/share/pkgconfig  
for each build.

We can do a mv command or edit the sharepkgconfigdir variable in  
configure.
