[Clfs-dev] CLFS GIT PowerPC Boot Method

I used the gentoo stubfuncs patch.   Because it was the first one that google found, not because I know it is any better than the crux one.

I still have to apply the eglibc patch.   I haven't done a ppc64 bit build in a while but I would assume it would be needed there as well.
