[Clfs-dev] Upgrading some packages

Hi Tony,

I was not aware of the newer versions of File, Grep, Psmisc and util- 
linux, they must have been updated since I last checked. I will add a  
note about using the latest kernel from the series in the book.

I plan on waiting until GCC 4.7 comes out later this month or early  
April but will look at GCC 4.6.2.

As for udev it is something I'm aware off but it isn't an easy  
upgrade. module-util-linux needs to be replaced by kmod and new  
configuration options need to be found.
