[Clfs-dev] sysroot updates

Still working on it...   But I should have an updated sysroot book patch in a week or so.

It's been a while since I messed with it but iirc, some of the packages listed were missing or had wrong checksums listed.   Perl didn't build right and some other packages as well had some issues building.
 
I'm working throught it trying to bring it up to GCC 4.6/EGLIBC2.15 & other updates/fixes.   I should have a patch in a few weeks I think.
