[Clfs-dev] Is there an issue with eglibc-2.13 or is it something else?

Hi again,

   Much later on in the piece after building GIT-20110622-x86_64-Multilib, I've
run into a bit of a weird problem -- beyond Xorg 7 and about the time I'm looking
to put the nvidia proprietary drivers in,  I've found that the nvidia-installer binary
doesn't run, coaxing the following error from ld.so ;
  
`Inconsistency detected by ld.so: dl-deps.c: 622: _dl_map_object_deps: Assertion `nlist > 1' failed!'

There are references to such out there, the one making me curious about eglibc-2.13 being ;

Anyone have any wisdom to share here - do I blame the nvidia-installer build for
this behavior or our eglibc build? The nvidia bundle extracts fine, so it's a pita to
do manually but I'm not snookered... any clues or advice?
