[Clfs-dev] CLFS book fixes.

I've found a few more issues & fixes in the CLFS book.   A patch is
attached.

The patch fixes:

1) A typo in the ppc64 bit glibc filename  (should be eglibc, not glibc...)

2) In the build of the iputils package, the install of rdisc fails because
it is not built by the existing make command.    To fix it, 'rdisc' is added
to the make command targets.

3) The multilib build of core utils fails.   The patch fixes it  by adding
the same 'touch' command as already existes in the 32 bit build of
coreutils.
