[Clfs-dev] Bad links in svn instructions

Sorry for the lack of package updating.  It is updated now.  Only issues 
I had were:

clfs at meander:/srv/ftp/pub/clfs/clfs-packages/svn$ clfsdiff
CLFSDIFF - REPO -> BOOK
@@@ svn @@@
-grep-2.6.3.tar.gz
+grep-2.6.3.tar.bz2
/srv/ftp/pub/clfs/clfs-packages/svn/expect-5.44.1.15-notk-2.patch:               
broken symbolic link to 
`../../conglomeration/expect/expect-5.44.1.15-notk-2.patch'

I can't find where this file is stored:   
http://patches.cross-lfs.org/dev/expect-5.44.1.15-notk-2.patch
And this one has the wrong file type:  
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/grep/grep-2.6.3.tar.bz2 - there is no tar.bz2 
version, so grabbed tar.gz.

Updating the packages fixed these:

 > 
http://cross-lfs.org/files/packages/svn/eglibc-2.12-20100725-r11059.tar.bz2

So because of this, there is a new updated complete package tarball
