[Clfs-dev] Base Package Freeze

With the release of Linux 2.6.29, it's now time to call a base package 
freeze.

Effective now the only changes allow are the following:

Architecture Specific Patches -
Fixes for issues with File - See http://mx.gw.com/pipermail/file/2009/
IPRoute - New Version to match the kernel version
Bash 4.0 Fixes - 
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-bash/2009-03/index.html
UTF-8 Fixes

All persons who are interested in contributing, test the current build 
and provide feed back.

CLFS Development Team
