[Clfs-dev] Missing note on "Temp system / PPL" page of x86_64 Multilib book

Dear list,

While I was following the CLFS x86_64 multilib book (version
SVN-20090731-x86_64-Multilib),
I encountered a warning that GMP probably was not compiled with -fexceptions.

Thanks to ChrisS67 on IRC I found out that the following page

was missing a note which is there in the x86 book:
http://cross-lfs.org/view/svn/x86/temp-system/ppl.html
