[Clfs-dev] Status - CLFS 1.2.x

Here's the situation, there have been some good updates in the last few 
weeks in regards of the tool chain.

Here's what I'm proposing, moving the current development branch in RC 
status, no changes. Open up trunk for the 1.3.x.

If we go no issues on the 1.2.x build, we will release it minus MIPS. 
MIPS builds don't seem to build right at this time, Joe and I need to 
look into this further.

That's the plan, let me know what you think about it.
