[Clfs-dev] CBLFS -- Doxygen compile error - 32bit

Greets,

As this package only requires a single installation, this issue here would
only affect those doing a 32bit build of doxygen on a multilib system. (why
one would do that remains unclear ;-)

See attached log -- clearly g++ has dropped it's  '-m32' switch right near
the end of the compile run.

This is relative to my clfs-1.1.0 (rc2) x86_64 multilib build.

I do realize it's a piffling point.....
