Hi, according to http://headers.cross-lfs.org/ the "sanitized" kernel headers are now more or less successfully merged into vanilla kernel sources and the tarball is no longer part of svn package snapshot so I suggest removing references to it from the book as well (sections 5.5 and 10.5 for x86-64_multilib).
