[Clfs-commits] More Patches: NCurses for GCC 5/6+ and GCC 6.1.0 patches

Please find attached patches for:

NCurses Generation issue when compiling with GCC 5+.  I've had this 
issue before but I can confirm ncurses compiles successfully with CLFS.

GCC 6.1.0 (or later) patch based off of original work and retargets to 
the /tools folder.

I do not have any other way of getting these patches to you, I'm sure 
there be some more to come.
