 Updating to latest git changes for iputils should result into ping6 being
 built without md5 support, in the past couldn't build without gcrypt or
 openssl crypto lirary, but current changes add nettle support, all three
 which seem to now be optional.

 Updating the current fixes patch with my own builds and will test.
