 I've been adding in the utf-8 support in various commits. Working on
 changing the way we currently build ncurses right now.

 Ken I would appreciate it if you could test the new groff and man
 capabilities to make sure it works as expected.

 I've also been playing around about making the build only utf-8 compliant
 altogether. Having glibc only install the utf-8 locales. Any comments on
 this idea.
