 A few of us have done some testing. With the current i18n script we can
 support various locales. The problem seems to be with the encodings of the
 man-pages. We will have to address these as they come up. But the base for
 UTF-8 support in CLFS is solid. I do believe there is more work to do on
 this topic, a lot of it is documenting in the /etc/sysconfig/i18n script
 to specify the options for locales.

 Also locales that are more exotic locales need to either go into the cblfs
 wiki or clfs hints for none CLFS development support.
