 Due to configuration in this way:

 CC="gcc ${BUILD64}" ./configure --prefix="/" \[[BR]]
    --enable-zlib

 module-init-tools creates /share/man for its man pages.
 Consider this additional configuration flag:

 CC="gcc ${BUILD64}" ./configure --prefix="/" \[[BR]]
    --datadir=/usr/share --enable-zlib
