 On at least x86_64-64, binutils installs libiberty.a into /usr/lib64.


 Now that I've been bitten by this (openjade assumes opensp is in
 /usr/lib64 if that directory exists, because that is supposedly how it is
 on ppc64!), I think someone mentioned this on the lists last year.
