 In chapter 8 we go out of our way to build mkfs.minix and fsck.minix.  OK,
 so a full build installs these, but unless people are using a minix
 filesystem they are utterly pointless.  We never used to have these in the
 temp util-linux, and it seems to me that we can happily do without them.


 Alternatively, maybe one of our more obscure platforms needs to access a
 minixfs - if so, that ought to be documented.
